Minnesota Secretary of State Mark Ritchie will hold a town hall meeting in the Freeborn County Board Room in the Freeborn County Government Center at 2:30 p.m. Feb. 7. Secretary Ritchie will speak on the 2010 election, its recounts, and how counties made this a success. He will also speak to any concerns you have with the election process and address issues coming before the Legislature involving election legislation. The event is open to the general public.
