Police cited Amber Elizabeth Crawford, 23, for a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia during a traffic stop at 12:39 a.m. today near the intersection of East Main Street and Prospect Avenue, according to reports.

Police cited Natasha Christine Willey, 18, for misdemeanor theft valued at about $400 at Shopko at 10:08 p.m. Thursday.
