A car fire was reported on northbound Interstate 35 near mile 14 at 2:26 a.m. today, according to reports. The vehicle was towed.

Man arrested

Police arrested Gabriel Lynn Halvorsen, 25, for second-degree driving while intoxicated, no proof of insurance and the leaving the scene of a crash after police received a report of a hit-and-run crash at 413 Sheridan St. at 2:19 a.m. today.
