Uncle Henry and Aunt Iva have always lived in Iowa. Why are they missing from the 1930 Iowa’s U.S. Census? Why was mother’s sister listed twice in the 1930 U.S. Census? You may have similar questions of earlier U.S censuses. Linda Evenson and Pat Mulso will be presenting a program “Information the researcher may miss when reading the U.S. Census.” You might just get answers to your questions by attending the Freeborn County Genealogical meeting on Monday at 10:30 a.m. The meeting will be held at the Freeborn County Museum, 1031 Bridge Avenue, Albert Lea. The public is invited. Use the northwest door entrance to the museum near the fairground’s arch entrance to the fairground.
