The Blue Earth Area Buccaneers baseball team scattered 14 hits Tuesday and beat the United South Central Rebels 9-4 in Blue Earth.

The Rebels’ (1-3, 0-2 Gopher) Jason Huper went 2-for-3 with two RBIs and Colby Yost went 2-for-3.

The Rebels play again at 5 p.m. Thursday against Blooming Prairie in Wells.
