The snow is pretty much gone. Now a lot of trash hidden under the white stuff has been revealed and is being blown about town.

Plastic bags especially. They are the modern-day tumbling tumbleweed.

We urge businesses and residents to get outdoors and pick up litter.

Spring has sprung, indeed, but it is not pretty yet. Normally, March begins like a lion and ends like a lamb, but things seem to be running late this year. The lamb has yet to arrive. Perhaps it is stuck in a plastic bag.
