The Blue Earth River Conference Women of the ELCA will be held on April 9 at Good Shepard Lutheran Church in Wells.

Registration, coffee and fellowship will begin at 8:30 a.m. with the program from 9 a.m. to noon. Cost is $5 and there is no lunch planned.

The theme is “Act Boldly Through Hand” with Ardys Peterson Bloom presenting “I Love Live — The Power of Prayer.” There will be Temple Talks by Good Earth Village and Christ Through Hands Ministry. Offerings will be divided between Women of the ELCA Worldwide, Good Earth Village and Christ Through Hands Ministry.

Participants are asked to bring a cup or mug that has a special meaning to them to be used in a project, which they will bring home.
