Albert Lea native Andrew Stoneking will play the Pirate King in the Lamplighter Community Theatre’s production of the comic light opera, “The Pirates of Penzance” at the Centennial Auditorium in Staples, Minn., west of Brainerd.

Performances started Thursday through Sunday. More performances are scheduled for Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, all at 7:30 p.m. except today’s matinee at 2:30 p.m. Tickets are available by calling 218-894-1112.
