John and Lyn Waldron, of Wayzata, and Kurt and Cindy Peterson, of Albert Lea, announce the engagement of their children, Bethany Waldron, of Wayzata, and Marcus Peterson, of Maple Grove.

Bethany has a degree in business from Northwestern College, St. Paul. She is employed at IT Co. Minneapolis.

Marcus has a degree in Biblical Theological Studies from Northwestern College, St. Paul. He is employed at Treehouse Ministries in Minnetonka.

A wedding is planned for Aug. 28, 2011, in Minnetonka.
