Golfers braved high temperatures and humidity Monday to compete in the Albert Lea-Freeborn County Chamber of Commerce’s scholarship fundraiser golf event. After more than 5 hours of golfing participants and volunteers met in the clubhouse for a meal donated by local pork producers.
