The Ladies Aid of Our Savior’s Lutheran Church of Albert Lea met in Luther Hall on June 9. Hostesses were Presdient Maren Ring and Lee Bjelland.

The Rev. Wayne Halvorson continued the study of hymns. Members joined in singing, “Come Holy Ghost, God and Lord” and “Come Holy Ghost, Creator Blest” and closed with the Lord’s Prayer.

Ring presided over the business meeting. She thanked everyone in the congregation who has volunteered to serve coffee on Sunday mornings.

Ring asked for volunteers to help the residents of the Good Samaritan Society with bingo on July 13.

A motion was made and carried to donate $200 to the Evangelical Lutheran Synod for Home Missions.
