Tim Bruns and Renée Finne announce their engagement.

Parents of the couple are Lowell and Annette Bruns, of Alden, and Laverne and Paula Finne, of West Concord.

Renée is a graduate of Triton High School and graduated in 2009 from Minnesota State University, Mankato, with an economic degree. She is a customer service representative for Uline in Eagan.

Tim is a graduate of Alden High School and a 2004 graduate of Gustavus Adolphus College with a degree in business. He is branch manager at US Bank in East St. Paul.

They will be marred Oct. 1 at Black Bear Crossing on the Lake in St. Paul.
