A woman was reportedly struck by a black SUV when walking out of Nelson’s Market Place, 1619 W. Main St., on Monday.

Police reports stated the woman fell to the ground but was not seriously injured. She told police she only received scratches and that the vehicle reportedly left on Main Street.

The incident was reported to police at 12:28 p.m. Monday but reportedly took place 15 minutes prior.

No other information was available.

Car reported egged

A car was reported egged at 318 Burr Oak Drive at 7:46 p.m. Monday, according to reports. The egging reportedly caused damage to the automobile’s paint.
