Mayo Clinic Health System in Albert Lea will present “Carb Counting and You,” a free education opportunity for diabetics and families Monday from 6:30 to 8 p.m. at its Health Reach location at 1705 S.E. Broadway.

The public is invited to join the diabetes team in Albert Lea, along with Chris Anibal, Nurse Practitioner, to share ideas and learn more about carb counting and how it affects medications and healthy living.
