The Ladies Aid of Our Savior’s Lutheran Church of Albert Lea met in Luther Hall on Sept 8. Hostesses were Marcie Severson and Carol Hagen.

The Rev. James Kassera conducted the Bible study on Matthew 8:11.

President Maren Ring presided over the business meeting. She thanked everyone who brought desserts and served coffee at St. John’s Lutheran Home.

Thank you notes were read from the Evangelical Lutheran Synod Home Missions for the $200 donation and the Bethany Women’s Mission Society for the $200 donation.

The Bethany Women’s Auxiliary meeting will be held at Mankato on Sept. 26. The Evangelical Lutheran Synod Women’s Missionary meetings will be held in Northwood, Iowa, on Oct. 8 and in Apple Valley on Oct. 22.
