Committee reports were given. The Salem Shut-in Committee called on 24 Salem homebound members on Aug. 10. The Sew ‘N Tell group packed 22 boxes of used clothing for the Marie Sandvik Center, seven boxes for Appalachia, three boxes for the Virginia, three quilts and two lap robes were made and 15 boxes were decorated for Christmas gifts. Salem will provide treats at three St. John’s Sunday coffee hours and will provide one Auxiliary Program during 2012. Duties for the circles were reviewed for the months of September and October.
