Thorne Crest held its first Summer Roundup 5k Run/Walk on Semptember 11. This walk was open to all in the community, and especially encouraging those 65 and older to participate. Picture are the nine people between the age of 65 and 83 who finished the 5k walk. -- Submitted photo

1st place in the Thorne Crest Summer Roundup 5k was Joseph Abrahmson, and second place was Derek Wels. In the middle is Thorne Crest’s Wellness Director Weston Hulst.
