Father, son win fishing tournament

Tom Howland, left, of Riceville, Iowa and Jason Howland, of Albert Lea, won the Mankato Area Bass Tour team championship on Sept. 25 at Shields Lake in Faribault. The duo caught the five-fish limit of largemouth bass weighing 19.14 pounds and won $1,000. This is the second straight year the Howlands have won the tournament. -- Submitted photo
