WASHINGTON — Authorities have arrested a man wanted in connection with an investigation of a shooting near the White House on Friday night.

The U.S. Secret Service said Pennsylvania authorities arrested Oscar Ramiro Ortega-Hernandez Wednesday afternoon at a hotel near Indiana, Pa.
