A week ago, Zachary was walking with his mother and siblings to meet his dad, Oklahoma National Guard member Richard Drew, who was returning from Iraq.

A driver hit Zachary and dragged him 15 feet before crashing into a wall. The 61-year-old driver was arrested on suspicion of criminal vehicular operation but has not been charged.
