PM Report: 3 arrested for burglary

Freeborn County Sheriff’s Office deputies arrested three men for burglary and fleeing in a motor vehicle Monday after dispatchers received a call of a burglary in progress at 76460 250th St., north of Albert Lea.
According to reports, the owner of the property had come to check on the property at about 11:15 a.m. and found there were people there loading items into a vehicle.
The alleged burglars left in the vehicle, tearing through the garage, and were chased for a short distance by deputies.
They were stopped on Freeborn County Road 25 near Waste Management.
Arrested were Todd Allan Wenner, 36, of Albert Lea, Anthony Edwin Radkie, 26, of Walters, and Todd Edwin Radke, 47, of Albert Lea. They are expected to be charged in Freeborn County District Court today.
Two cited for DWI
Police cited Sarah Marlene Hrubetz, no address listed, for fourth-degree driving while intoxicated and open bottle violations after a traffic stop at 12:52 a.m. today at 1550 Blake Ave., according to reports.
Police cited Nicole Suzanne Johnson, no address listed, for fourth-degree driving while intoxicated and third-degree test refusal at 2:07 a.m. today after a traffic stop near the intersection of Blake Avenue and East Main Street, reports stated.
Damage reported to hardware store
Damage was reported to the back door of Clarks Grove Hardware, 103 E. Main St. in Clarks Grove, at 9:31 a.m. Monday, according to reports.
Man pleads guilty to weapon charge
AUSTIN — A 31-year-old Austin man accused of standing off with police one night in September pleaded guilty Monday to one count of second-degree assault with a dangerous weapon.
Andrew Michael Larson entered the guilty plea as part of a plea agreement in Mower County District Court. As part of the agreement, two dangerous weapon felony charges and a charge for possessing a pistol with a previous felony conviction were dismissed.
Larson is scheduled to be sentenced on Jan. 5, 2012.
