Katie Koziolek, leader of TOPS Minnesota Chapter 979, announced the November and December 2011 winners.

November winners:

Division winners were Keith Porter and Ardus Sanderson.

December winners:

Division winners were Dorothy Porter and Sandy Oudekerk.

Three month TOPS winners of five pounds or more: Mindy Christenson and Rose Rolands.

Three months KOPS in black: Ardis Bang, Doris Fogal, Peggy Indrelie, Marion Meyer and Nancy Jenson.

TOPS is a nonprofit weight-loss support group. There is no diet plan, but support with others on the journey to health and wellness.

TOPS MN 979 meets at 9 a.m. on Thursdays in the Albert Lea Senior Center in the Skyline Plaza to weigh in and learn about healthy lifestyles.
