Amy Dobberstein, 21, of Waseca, was injured when her 2008 Pontiac G6 was traveling northbound on Interstate 35, left the roadway and struck a tree around 12:30 a.m. Saturday.

Fire departments from Clarks Grove and Geneva responded as well as the ambulance crew from Mayo Clinic Health System in Albert Lea. Dobberstein was taken to St. Marys Hospital in Rochester.

The State Patrol reported she was wearing her seat belt and airbags did deploy in the crash. Look to the Tribune for more information as it becomes available.
