3 young men arrested

Albert Lea police arrested three men this morning on Bridge Avenue.
Nicholas Joseph Flores, 21, was arrested at 1:19 a.m. for fifth-degree possession of marijuana. Scott Alan Possehl, 22, was arrested today at the same time for second-degree DWI. And Travis Clark Hoyne, 23, was arrested on a suspected probation violation and detention warrant.
Man arrested for alleged felony assault
Dustin Charles Chenevert, 23, was arrested Sunday at 3:28 a.m. for first-degree DWI and second-degree test refusal and felony domestic assault at 710 E. Park Ave.
SUV damaged by hit and run
A 1998 Ford Explorer was damaged on passenger side by a hit-and-run suspect at 213 1/2 E. Main St. at 3:26 p.m. Friday.
5 arrrested for DWI
Wayne Foster Tuttle, 26, was cited for fourth-degree DWI and failure to register vehicle on Saturday at 2:50 a.m. on 800th Avenue in rural Freeborn County. He was released to a sober driver.
Gene Daniel Rashid, 55, was stopped for fourth-degree DWI and speeding on Saturday at 12 a.m. on Interstate 90 and Interstate 35.
Christopher Robert Carr, 28, was arrested for third-degree DWI, open bottle and speeding on Highway 69 at 11:23 p.m. Saturday.
Michael James Harris was arrested for fourth-degree DWI on Sunday at 2:50 a.m. on West Front Street.
Gary Gene Anderson was arrested Sunday at 9:32 p.m. for fourth-degree DWI and third-degree refusal on West Front Street.
Driver lacks insurance, car towed
Rachel Vanessa Whelan was cited for having no insurance at 6 p.m. Friday at Katherine Street and Main Street east. Her vehicle was towed.
Window smashed
A window was broken at Action Auto, 1010 Ramsey St. in Albert Lea, at 10:12 a.m. Saturday.
