Albert Lea police officers responded to a burglary in progress at 4:41 a.m. today at 709 S. Washington Ave. Suspects were reportedly trying to kick a door in. Dustin Lee Hooker, 22, was held for first-degree burglary and possession of burglary tools, according to reports.
