The Shell Rock River Watershed’s bill for the dredging of Fountain Lake was presented to the House Energy, Environment and Natural Resources Committee this morning. Officials with the watershed district and other supporters of the bill spoke to state representatives about the bill and why it should be part of the bonding bill.
