Albert Lea Police Department reports showed drugs and paraphernalia were found in the back room of Where It Matters bar, 1119 S. Broadway Ave., a little after midnight Tuesday.

 

Woman cited for DWI

Melissa Jean Harty, 25, was cited for a fourth-degree DWI after testing 0.17 during a traffic stop at 2:05 a.m. today near East Fourth Street and South Newton Avenue.

 

Woman cited for possession

Heather Marie Laberge was cited for having a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia during a traffic stop around 1 a.m. today near East Main street and Morningside Road.
