The Freeborn County Republican Party convention will be on Saturday, Feb. 25. It will be at the America’s Best Value Inn, 2306 E. Main St., Albert Lea. Parking and entrance will be on the west side of the building. Registration starts at 8:30 a.m. with the business meeting at 9 a.m.

Business to be brought to the convention is:

• Election of delegates and alternates to the 1st Congressional District Convention.

• Election of delegates and alternates to the Republican Party of Minnesota State Convention.

• Meeting candidates.

• Adoption of resolutions.

• Transaction of such other business as may properly come before the convention.
