Man cited for marijuana

Ramon Paul DeBoer was cited for a small amount of marijuana during a traffic stop around midnight Thursday at Fountain Street and Summer Avenue in Albert Lea, according to reports.
Bar open later than legally allowed
Where It Matters, at 1119 S. Broadway Ave., was reportedly open around 3 a.m., which is later than legally allowed.
