Ralph Kuiper, Colorado Springs, Colo.

Ralph Kuiper was born in rural Minnesota near Worthington, on Oct. 29, 1923. He died in Colorado Springs, Colo., on Feb. 6, 2012. Ralph called Hollandale his Minnesota home.

Ralph is survived by his wife of 65 years, Althea Faye (Weerts) Kuiper; son, Daryl Ralph Kuiper, and a daughter, Janice Diane (Kuiper) Moschetti both of Colorado Springs; three grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.

Ralph was predeceased by his mother and father and all eight siblings.

Ralph served in the South Pacific during World War II and was a long time plumber in Colorado Springs.

Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Friday at Faith Lutheran Church, his church for over 40 years, 315 Security Blvd., followed by an interment at Memorial Gardens and noon lunch at the church. Viewing will be one hour prior to the funeral services at the church.

He was universally loved and will be sorely missed by his family and friends.
