Fog is deceptive. The road surface can seem fine, but the water vapor can freeze on the road in some patches. Drivers assume headlights make up for low visibility, but other hazards present themselves, such as animals, bends in the road, objects in the roadway or cars without their lights on. Be extra careful out there in the fog.
