The Albert Lea Art Center is pleased to present Art & Soul, an evening of music for the arts, at the Marion Ross Performing Arts Center from 7 to 9 p.m. March 30. Featured musical guest for the evening is the group, Three Wheels and AFlat. This five-member group of singers and musicians covers the musical map with country, bluegrass, newgrass, church, folk, soft rock, blues and even a little old time rock ‘n’ roll. With their unique blend of instruments and voices, the group has developed a growing audience of fans and has appeared in Albert Lea, Lakeville and several other area locations.

With roots in church music all five members offer varied talents. Ruth Lawrence sings lead and plays guitar; Darcy Netzer adds vocals and guitar; Dave Rambo sings and plays keyboard and mandolin; Rory Mattson plays guitar and banjo and sings backup; and Jamie Kyllo plays the bass.

Opening for Three Wheels and AFlat, is Angie Johnston and Sonjia Hill, otherwise known as Johnston Hill, two talented local singers who released their first Christmas album this past year.
