Kara Jane Lichliter died March 11, 2012. Lichliter, of Albert Lea, formerly of Apple Valley was born Sept. 7, 1973.

She was preceded in death by grandparents; and a brother, Donald M. Lichliter. She is survived by parents, Lyle and Carole Lichliter; sister, Suzanne (Russell) Benischek; brothers, Jim (Nanette) Lichliter and John (Jen) Lichliter; nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins; former husband, D. Jimenez Rodriguez whom she truly loved. Kara worked at the Green Mill in Eagan for 12 years. She rose from pizza delivery to assistant general manager. She later worked at the Green Mill in Albert Lea. She will be remembered for her sparkly blue eyes, beautiful smile, kind heart and gentleness. She loved cooking (she was a great cook) and all animals, especially her cats. She was with us for too short a time and will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
