Conger 4-H

The Conger 4-H Club met April 15 at the Conger Community Center. A meeting will be at 6 p.m. Sunday and at 6 p.m. April 29 at the Community Center to work on flower pots for the group’s Community Pride project. The club will weed the flower beds in Conger at 9 a.m. on May 5 and deliver flowers to the Wells Nursing Home when done. The club will pay $10 toward registration for members who go to 4-H camp this summer. The livestock ID deadline is May 15, and all affidavits need to be turned in to the Extension Office by then. Adding and dropping projects needs to be done by May 15, and this has to be done online. County sheep and goat weigh-in is from 9 to 11 a.m. Saturday and again from 9 a.m. to noon May 12. The next meeting will be May 20 at the Conger Community Center.
