Todd Allan Wenner, 36, 1610 Edgewood Ave., Albert Lea. 3rd degree burglary. Sentenced 21 months corrections, five years supervised probation and 120 days jail stayed for zero days. Fined $80.

John Donald Seitz Jr., 39, 208 Fieldcrest Drive, Stratford, Wis. Implements of husbandry. Sentenced 15 days jail stayed 15 days for one year and one year unsupervised probation. FIned $180.

Jeremy Paul Epperson, 30, 1507 Oakland Ave. W., Austin. Fleeing a peace officer. Sentenced 90 days jail stayed 85 days for one year and one year unsupervised probation. Fined $80.
