Before lights are added to Bridge Avenue, it would be a good idea to make sure the ones there are working right. The intersection of Bridge and Richway Drive have not been working for months. The light turns green for Richway traffic for 10 seconds when no cars are present, disrupting Bridge traffic. I have emailed city officials more than once about this problem.
