Level 3 predatory offender Cody Padraic Trott, 22, was arrested on a Steele County warrant at 3:32 p.m. Friday at 607 E. 11th St., according to police. No information about the warrant was available as of press time.

 

Two cited for DWI

Freeborn County Sheriff’s Office deputies cited Joshua Michael Wilson for fourth-degree driving while intoxicated and speeding after a traffic stop near the intersection of U.S. Highway 69 and Freeborn County Road 14 at 3:09 a.m. Sunday, according to reports.

Police cited James Mitchell Bauers, 46, for fourth-degree driving while intoxicated aftar a traffic stop at the intersection of Bridge Avenue and Marshall Street at 1:02 a.m. Sunday, according to reports.

 

Rails and metal taken

The Canadian National Railroad reported theft of two 33-foot sections of rail and numerous other metal at 10:10 a.m. Saturday near the intersection of 890th Avenue and 130th Street in Glenville, according to the Freeborn County Sheriff’s Office.

 

Window broken out

The back window of a vehicle was reported smashed out in the driveway of 505 North Star Lane in Hartland at 8:57 a.m. Friday, according to Freeborn County Sheriff’s Office reports.

 

Woman cited for theft

Police cited Jennifer Marie Jilk, 19, for theft from Walmart, 1550 Blake Ave. at 10:41 p.m. Friday, according to reports.

 

Tires slashed

Tires were reported slashed on a vehicle in the driveway of 1302 Madison Ave. at 7:02 a.m. Sunday, according to police.
