Steve Zenk, CLU, FIC, of Albert Lea, a financial consultant with Thrivent Financial for Lutherans, recently earned the Chartered Life Underwriter designation granted by The American College in Bryn Mawr, Pa. The CLU designation is given to insurance professionals who complete a comprehensive career-training program.

To earn the CLU designation, Zenk completed courses on issues such as financial strategies, life insurance, group benefits, retirement planning, investments and estate strategies and more.
