Man cited for illegal burning

The Albert Lea Fire Department cited Jordan Nickolas Wolney for illegal burning of garbage at 9:20 p.m. Wednesday at 205 Adams Ave. in Albert Lea, after dispatchers received a call of heavy black smoke coming from the area.
