In addition to having the regular farmers market on Saturday, the Albert Lea Farmers Market will be extending its market hours until 3 p.m. and will have sampling of seasonal produce like radish spread, rhubarb cooler and strawberry/rhubarb jam. There will also be a fundraiser for the market, by selling ice cream sundaes made with real bulk ice cream, topped with strawberry/rhubarb, strawberry or raspberry toppings.
