Albert Lea Noon Kiwanis President Angie Eggum presented Paula Nuessmeier with a donation for Twin Valley Council Boy Scouts of America. Nuessmeier is the district executive for Sothern Trails District which includes Freeborn County, Mower County, Eastern Faribault County and part of Waseca County. Twin Valley Council serves 15 counties in So Minnesota. Twin Valley Council serves 3,000 members in scouting and exploring programs.
