The Fall season for the Albert Lea Cantori will begin in September.  Albert Lea Cantori is a community based choral group with singers from around the area. The Cantori will be rehearsing for their annual “Singing in the Season” concert in November. The main work for this years concert will be Saint-Saens’ “Christmas Oratorio”  and “Christmas Glee,” a set of five jazz arrangements of familiar Christmas carols. Cantori is celebrating its 40th year by commissioning new choral works. A new work by local composer Robert Tewes has been commissioned for this concert.  Cantori is looking for committed singers who have a passion for choral music.
