GRAND FORKS, N.D. — Retired Minnesota Viking Jim Kleinsasser headlines this year’s class of inductees into the University of North Dakota Letterwinners Athletics Hall of Fame.

Kleinsasser spent all 13 of his NFL seasons with the Vikings after being a second-round draft pick out of UND in 1999. He appeared in more games than any tight end in Vikings history. He retired after last season.

The Carrington native was a two-time NCAA Division II All America tight end while at UND in the late 1990s.
