The music studio of Sharon L. Astrup-Scott presented a performance at the rotunda at Mayo Clinic Health System in Albert Lea at 12:30 p.m. June 27. Featured performers were Nicole Borneman, seated at the piano, Kristine Volz, right of piano, Lori Volz, seated in front, and teacher Astrup-Scott, left of piano. The string trio performed four pieces including one arranged by Astrup-Scott and Mozart’s “Eine Kleine Nahtmuik K.525 Allegro,” “Menuetto” and “Rondo” movements. Krisitine also performed vocal and viola solos. Borneman presented her piano artistry by composers J.S. Bach, Beethoven, Vandall, etc.
