Albert Lea resident wins lottery

Judith Bair of Albert Lea won $10,000 by playing the Minnesota Lottery’s Lighting Cash scratch game. Bair claimed her prize on Aug. 10. The winning ticket was purchased at Shell Food Mart, 116 Bridge Ave., in Albert Lea.
