Police arrested Hector Guerrero, 19, for possession of stolen property at 5:14 p.m. Wednesday at 804 Frank Ave., according to reports.

 

2 cited for underage drinking

Police cited Adam John Flategraff, 20, and Samantha Eileen Sprague for underage drinking at 3:09 a.m. today at 1701 W. Main St., according to reports.

 

Window broken in vehicle

A woman reported a window shattered in her vehicle while driving on Lakeview Boulevard at 3:51 p.m. Wednesday. She told police she thought someone threw something at her car. Officers checked the area of Lakeview Boulevard and Grace Street but did not find anyone.
