The Freeborn County Home Council had its annual scholarship luncheon on July 17 at America’s Best Value Inn.

The program was presented by Greg Gudal, executive director of Youth for Christ. Presentation of two scholarships were awarded to Noelle Hagen and Joel Faugstad.

The Home Council met on July 26. This was the final meeting of the Home Council, since all five clubs have disbanded. The purpose of this meeting was to tie up any loose ends.

The southeast Minnesota Cluster Even will still be open to anyone who wishes to go. Your name and address should be given to the extension office so notices of dates, etc. will be sent to you.
