Mayo Clinic Health System in Albert Lea will offer sports physical clinics in early August to help area school athletes prepare for the fall sports season.

The clinics are 1 to 5 p.m. Tuesday and 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday, and will be located on the fourth floor of the medical center. The cost of a sports physical will be $149 for ages 11 to 17, and $200 for those 18 years of age and older. Insurance coverage may vary, so please talk with your individual health insurance providers.

Appointments are recommended and can be made by calling 379-2041. Any walk-ins will be taken on a first come, first served basis.
