BLOOMINGTON (AP) — The power went out to around two dozen stores at the Mall of America after an electrical accident injured a mall worker.
Mall of America spokesman Dan Jasper said the electrician was treated at the scene, then taken to a hospital with electrical burns. He didn’t know the full extent of the employee’s injuries, but said he was conscious and alert.
The lights and cash registers in about two dozen stores on the mall’s west side went out Sunday afternoon.
