Albert Lea Noon Kiwanis will be manning the concessions stand at the regular scheduled date from 3:30 to 6 p.m. Sept 5 at the Farmer’s Market at the corner of Fountain and North Broadway Ave. Proceeds from the event go towards promoting local youth activities.
